Job summary

PCI Atlanta 101 in Smyrna, GA is seeking a Trade Coordinator to support branch leadership and field crews on commercial projects. You will help set goals, monitor progress, and participate in safety and training programs to ensure quality work.

As a Union Hourly role, you will report time accurately, mentor apprentices, and collaborate with foremen to optimize scheduling and site operations. Proficiency in Procore and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional work experience running crews on commercial projects.
• Procore proficiency; ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings.
• Strong verbal and written communication; multitasking in a team environment.
• Safety training and required certifications; OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Customer service mindset with problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in branch strategy discussions with branch leadership.
• Establish goals, measurables and accountabilities for the team.
• Support PCI's safety program and crew trainings.
• Attend Construction Department meetings and trainings.
• Collaborate with branch Superintendents to improve crew processes.
• Develop training plans for individuals with tailored milestones.
