Job summary

PCI Knoxville 144 is seeking a Trade Coordinator to join our Knoxville, TN team. You will participate in branch strategy discussions with leadership, set goals, and help drive safety and crew training initiatives on commercial projects.

You will work closely with the branch Superintendent(s) to improve processes, establish apprentice training paths, and ensure accurate labor reporting. OSHA 30 certification and related credentials are expected.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional work experience running crews on commercial projects.
• Security clearances, required certifications, safety training, licensing.
• Advanced proficiency with Procore and strong communication with crews and GC.
• Ability to work in a team environment and learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in branch strategy discussions with branch leadership.
• Establish goals, measurables and accountabilities.
• Support PCI safety program with emphasis on the crews they train.
• Attend meetings and trainings of the Construction Department.
• Work with branch Superintendents to improve processes.
• Establish training programs and mentorship for apprentices.
• Review Labor Control weekly with crew leads.
• Ensure time reporting accuracy for union hourly positions.
• Maintain OSHA 30 certification and other required crew certifications.
• Focus on quality assurance to meet plans and specs.
