Performance Contracting Group, Nashville division, Smyrna, TN is seeking a Trade Coordinator to support branch strategy, safety programs, and crew development. You will establish goals, train crews, mentor apprentices, and work with Superintendents to improve processes and quality across commercial projects.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years running crews, Procore proficiency, and strong Communication skills. This is a union hourly role with time reporting and a focus on safety and training within

Qualifications

• Five or more years running crews on commercial projects.
• Security clearances, required certifications, safety training, licensing.
• Advanced proficiency with Procore and MS Office.
• Ability to read specifications and drawings; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Participate in branch strategy discussions with branch leadership.
• Establish goals, measurables and accountabilities.
• Participate in PCI's safety program with an emphasis on the crews they train.
• Attend all meetings and trainings of the Construction Department.
• Work with branch Superintendents to improve crew processes.
• Establish training programs by individual, certification, or tenure.
• Develop future Leads from field crews and balance apprentice/journeyman mix.
• Mentor program to drive best practices and development.
• Review Labor Control weekly with crew leads.
• Accurately report time for a Union Hourly position.
• Maintain OSHA 30 and other certifications required.
• Support Foreman Supplemental Bonus Program evaluations.
• Ensure installations meet plans and specs with high quality.
