Performance Contracting, Inc. (PCI) seeks a Trade Coordinator for PCI Knoxville 144 in Knoxville, TN. You will engage in branch strategy, set goals, support the safety program, and mentor field personnel to improve craftsmanship and processes.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years leading commercial crews, Procore proficiency, and strong communication. Local Knoxville residency and bilingual Spanish/English are a plus; comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional work experience running crews on commercial projects.
• Security clearances, required certifications, safety training, licensing.
• Advanced proficiency with Procore.
• Ability to communicate with crews and General Contractor regarding Schedule and efficiency.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word.
• Ability to read and understand specifications and drawings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn in a team environment and apply new skills.
• Customer service skills and problem-solving ability.
• Critical thinking and multitasking capability.
• General knowledge of trade tools, equipment and materials.

Responsibilities

• Participate in branch strategy discussions with branch leadership.
• Establish goals, measurables and accountabilities.
• Participate in PCI’s safety program with emphasis on trained crews.
• Attend all meetings and trainings of the Construction Department.
• Work with branch Superintendent(s) to improve craft worker processes.
• Establish training plans by individual and certifications or tenure.
• Collaborate with Field Leads to identify future Leads from the field.
• Maintain ideal Apprentice to Journeyman mix by building competencies early.
• Establish a mentorship program for best practices and development.
• Review Labor Control weekly with crew leads.
• Ensure time is reported accurately as a Union Hourly position.
• Maintain OSHA 30 certification and required crew certifications.
• Participate in Foreman Supplemental Bonus evaluations.
• Ensure high-quality installations meet plans and specs.
