Job summary

PV Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is seeking an energetic HR Generalist / Recruiter to drive growth through aggressive technician recruitment and core HR operations. The role is on-site in Doraville, GA, and splits responsibilities between sourcing skilled trades talent and managing benefits, compliance, and payroll support.

Requirements include 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting and HR Generalist experience, with familiarity of Journeyman/Master licensing and EPA certifications as a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in skilled trades or residential home services.
• 2+ years of HR Generalist experience handling employee relations, compliance, or benefits administration.
• Familiarity with local trade licensing requirements (Journeyman/Master cards) and EPA certifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Active Sourcing: aggressively source licensed journeymen, masters, and apprentices in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical trades via job boards, social media, and local trade schools.
• Full-Cycle Hiring: write postings, review resumes, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews for field and office staff.
• Onboarding: manage pre-employment checks, including background checks, drug screenings, and MVR reviews to ensure driving compliance.
• HR Operations & Compliance: handle employee relations, benefits enrollment, payroll support, and ensure posters are current.
