Job summary

Southern Home Services is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner focused on high-volume recruiting for HVAC techs, plumbers, electricians, and related roles. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle and partner with General Managers and leaders to fill critical positions across the country.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting, strong sourcing skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple requisitions with excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades or home services is strongly preferred.
• Experience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
• Demonstrated experience sourcing candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruiting/scheduling tools.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake and sourcing through screening, interviewing, offer acceptance, and onboarding coordination.
• Recruit for high-volume skilled trades positions, including HVAC technicians, plumbers, electricians, and other operational and business-support roles.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using job boards, Indeed, referrals, networking, direct outreach, and other recruiting channels.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support both immediate and future hiring needs.
• Proactively source passive candidates for ongoing and hard-to-fill positions.
