Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Retail Investment Associate to support the Investment Services Sales Force, drive sales goals, deliver excellent client service, and contribute to business growth and client retention. You will serve as an initial sales and service contact for new and existing clients.

The role involves assisting Private Client Advisors, handling daily office operations, and coordinating client communications, events, and promotions in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in brokerage or financial services.
• FINRA S6, S63, and SIE licenses required.
• S7 and Life Insurance license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Private Client Advisors.
• Perform customer service duties and assist in daily office operations.
• Maintain retirement accounts knowledge including distributions and RMD calculations.
• Follow up on client service activities and Advisor requests.
• Create and manage client database for mailing lists and promotions.
• Coordinate marketing events and prepare materials.
• Assist in production and distribution of newsletters and bios.
