Qualifications

• Effective communication skills to interact with External Bank Clients and Internal Line of Business Partners.
• Ability to lead multiple projects and prioritize work for the team.
• Attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Understand processes and act as team expert, partner with Department Manager on projects, resolving complex issues, or conducting research.
• Lead accounting reconciliations for bonds and portfolios.
• Drive changes to improve efficiency within the team.
• Provide backup coverage during staff absences and peak volumes.
• Prepare department managerial and financial reports per SLA.
• Build strong relationships with Line of Business Partners to resolve issues.
• Lead Department projects and coordinate with tech for bug fixes and enhancements.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
• Review department procedures and maintain daily transaction accuracy.
• Summarize research findings for management; support strategic direction.
