The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, with a preferred bachelor's degree, and at least 3 years of relevant brokerage firm support experience. A commitment to organizational excellence and strong communication skills is essential.

Competenze

• 3+ years experience in a brokerage or bank based brokerage firm support role.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to assimilate and use various programs and processes efficiently.

Mansioni

• Provide operational support for Wealth Market Leaders and advisor teams.
• Maintain monthly sales production reports.
• Assist in onboarding new hires.
• Coordinate client events.
• Manage day-to-day office support for WMLs.
