Job summary

B&H Photo Video in New York is seeking a Trade Show Operations Representative with hands-on event operations expertise and experience planning floor layouts for trade shows.

You will partner with the Show Lead, assist with booth design in a 3D space, and craft technical solutions for live attendee demonstrations, coordinating with Teamsters, Electricians, Stagehands, and EAC to ensure a smooth show.

Qualifications

• Experience with Map Your Show, a2z, or a similar software program is a must.
• Analytical thinking and strong problem solving are required.
• Detail-oriented, quick-thinking, and able to collaborate in a team environment.
• Understanding of basic electrical requirements is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of photography and videography is a plus.
