Job summary

PetScreening in Mooresville, NC seeks a Trade Show Logistics Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute logistics for trade shows, client gifts, and related events. You will manage shipping, inventory, vendor coordination, purchasing, and budgeting to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

You will collaborate with the Events & Conference team to develop budgets, dashboards, and scalable processes, while maintaining data accuracy across systems and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years in trade show operations or event logistics.
• Advanced Google Sheets proficiency for dashboards and data reconciliation.
• Experience building, maintaining, and reconciling budgets and expense reports.
• Ability to manage multiple events, shipments, vendors, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound/outbound logistics for trade shows and events.
• Coordinate shipments with carriers, vendors, and venues to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor shipments and resolve delays or issues; maintain inventory records.
• Develop and manage event budgets, forecasting, and KPI reporting.
• Create and maintain advanced Google Sheets tools for budgeting, inventory, and logistics.
