Job summary

Balanced Body is seeking a Trade Show Logistics Coordinator to own end-to-end logistics for about 20 shows annually, domestically and internationally. You will coordinate booth production, freight, staffing, vendor relations, and contract execution to reflect the brand and support sales and marketing goals.

You'll work closely with the Director of Marketing and balance show participation with logistics efficiency while ensuring travel, risk and budgets are managed effectively.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing trade shows, events, or exhibits.
• Strong project management with multiple concurrent timelines.
• Experience negotiating vendor and venue contracts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the annual trade show calendar and secure priority booth placement.
• Negotiate and execute show contracts and booth selection.
• Coordinate onsite logistics, ROS, graphics, and booth decoration installation.
• Manage freight, shipping, and booth materials for domestic and international shows.
• Lead post-mortem reviews and provide insights to leadership.
