Job summary

Balanced Body in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Trade Show Manager to own end-to-end logistics for the company\'s trade shows, from booth contracting to show-day execution and post-event wrap-up.

You will work closely with Marketing leadership, overseeing approximately 20 trade shows per year, domestic and international, and coordinating booth production, freight, staffing, and vendor relationships to reflect the brand and support sales goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in trade shows, events, or exhibits (B2B preferred).
• Strong PM skills with multiple timelines.
• Experience negotiating vendor and venue contracts.
• Knowledge of freight, shipping, and logistics coordination.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan and secure participation in ~20 trade shows per year, domestic and international.
• Negotiate contracts, booths, and show services; manage logistics.
• Coordinate onsite ROS, graphics, signage and staffing.
• Lead post-show reviews and provide performance insights.
