Job summary

PetScreening seeks a Trade Show Logistics Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute logistics for trade shows, conferences, client gifts, and related events. You will partner with the Events & Conference team to build budgets, dashboards, and scalable processes that drive efficiency and data-driven decisions.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple shipments, vendors, and deadlines with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Degree in event management, logistics or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in trade show operations, event logistics, or related roles.
• Advanced Google Sheets skills for dashboards and reconciliation.
• Experience building, reconciling budgets and expenses.
• Ability to manage multiple events, shipments, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound/outbound logistics for trade shows, conferences, and client gifts.
• Coordinate shipments with carriers, vendors, venues, and internal teams.
• Monitor shipments and resolve delays or errors promptly.
• Maintain inventory records and oversee purchasing and packing.
• Develop and manage event budgets with regular reporting.
