Job summary

US Conec is seeking a detailed Trade Show Specialist to lead planning and execution of domestic and international trade shows, partnering with marketing, sales, product management, and vendors to deliver on-brand experiences.

You will manage logistics, booth readiness, shipping, and post-event evaluations, while coordinating travel and accommodations for participants and ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in trade show coordination or event management.
• Experience managing event logistics, vendors, budgets, contracts, and timelines.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international trade show participation, including booth reservations, contracts, timelines, and registrations.
• Manage trade show logistics from planning through execution within budget and branding standards.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for booth design, graphics, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate samples, demonstrations, displays, collateral, signage, and shipping deadlines.
• Oversee freight logistics, documentation, customs, and packing requirements.
• Develop and distribute detailed trade show plans, communications, and presentations.
