Job summary

Clear Touch in Greenville, SC is seeking a part-time Warehouse Coordinator to bridge our sales and marketing efforts for 100+ trade shows and product evaluations. You’ll ensure the ready-to-ship state of equipment and maintain strict inventory accuracy.

You will oversee packing, labeling, stock receiving, and daily logs, while coordinating with drivers and event staff to prep displays and materials for events across the US.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse, logistics, or organizational experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
• Receive and process warehouse stock products.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space.
• Complete daily logs for inventory and shipments.
• Pack and prep supplies for trade shows and events.
• Distribute marketing materials to staff and resellers.
• Keep event materials organized with up-to-100 inventory.
• Communicate with supervisors and coworkers; operate warehouse vehicles and equipment.
