Judit Inc. seeks an experienced Events Manager to oversee planning, budgeting, and execution of trade shows and corporate events. You will conduct research, analyze ROI, and recommend optimal event mixes for domestic and international shows.

You will manage on-site operations for selected events with about 60% travel, coordinate registrations, housing, and vendor deadlines, and lead post-event ROI measurement and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field; 5–7 years in event management.
• Highly organized, agile, able to make quick decisions on show site.
• Able to multi-task and maintain extreme attention to detail.
• Forward-thinking with a drive to improve ROI and event outcomes.
• Proven project management and cross-functional collaboration for multiple events.

Responsabilités

• Support annual trade show and event planning and budgeting.
• Research and analyze proposed domestic and international trade shows and recommend an optimal mix based on ROI and cost.
• Provide on-site management for selected events (travel approx. 60%).
• Independently manage all aspects of assigned events with high attention to detail.
• Coordinate logistics like registrations, hotel blocks, deadlines, vendor tasks, and invitations.
• Collaborate with events team and marketing to offer creative solutions and ROI-focused ideas.
• Manage show budgets and process invoices; track spending in team budgets.
• Create and maintain the show plan; coordinate planning meetings pre- and post-show.
• Lead post-event surveys, ROI analysis, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain inventory of tradeshow materials and giveaways.
• Greet customers on-site and act as a brand ambassador; ensure consistent messaging.
• Oversee staffing and on-site meeting needs; track meetings and room usage.
