Job summary

Fern Exposition is seeking an Account Executive to ensure top-notch service for exhibitors across events. This role balances client service with production responsibilities and requires the ability to travel to various events.

The AE reports to the SVP and may work remotely, with travel to cities where events occur. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sales, operations, or customer service, experience in live events, and proficiency with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, operations, or customer service experience.
• Proven client relationship and service delivery experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM (Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Build industry relationships that lead to sales referrals and introductions.
• Maintain budgets, scheduling, and sales projections for accounts.
• Converse about offerings and partner network to inform prospects and provide service.
• Lead RFP opportunities in assigned accounts.
• Manage multiple accounts with focus on client relationships for organic growth.
• Oversee delivery and quality control of client events.
