Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality, trade shows, or event services.
• Experience managing complex client projects from planning through execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to persuade.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to design floor plans aligned with objectives.
• Coordinate with facilities and vendors to meet requirements.
• Develop and manage event timelines using the company’s Critical Path.
• Oversee design budgets and ensure adherence to client approvals.
• Prepare exhibitor manuals for clarity and accuracy.
• Support on-site delivery and invoice accuracy per agreements.
