Job summary

Apex Fintech Solutions is seeking an Operations Specialist (P&S) to manage day-to-day trade reconciliation, correction processing, and client service in a hybrid office environment. You will analyze trade postings, review exceptions, and drive resolution with internal and external partners.

The role emphasizes integrity, collaboration, and a proactive approach to improving processes while maintaining SLA adherence and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with SQL and/or advanced Excel skills advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to internal and external clients; resolve trade postings and corrections per SLA.
• Process and reconcile daily purchase and sale transactions across equities, fixed income, and derivatives; resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with escalations during option expiration events and coordinate with counterparties and internal teams.
• Support supervisory oversight, compliance, and process improvements in a regulated environment.
