Job summary

iCapital is seeking an Analyst or Associate for the Transactional Operations team with a focus on trade reconciliations. The role supports investors, financial advisors, home office personnel, and administrators across the investor lifecycle.

Responsibilities include reviewing daily trade reconciliation exceptions, investigating breaks, partnering with fund administrators and custodians, and helping automate workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1-5 years of financial services experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze daily trade reconciliation exceptions.
• Investigate root causes of breaks and determine next steps.
• Collaborate with fund administrators, custodians, and providers to remediate breaks.
• Escalate when additional support is needed or risk is involved.
• Monitor aging breaks and ensure resolution.
• Partner with Technology to automate workflow parts.
• Define and document new workflows and controls.
