Zusammenfassung

SEI is seeking an Operations Analyst in the Reconciliation group to ensure accurate reconciliation of custodial and prime broker accounts for clients’ funds. You will work with Fund Accounting and Portfolio Accounting to understand portfolios and deliverables, collecting pricing data and maintaining procedures.

The role requires an Accounting/Finance background, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to manage multiple client deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy in reconciliations and documentation.

Aufgaben

• Perform reconciliations for custodial and prime broker accounts.
• Collaborate with Fund Accounting and Portfolio Accounting teams to understand client portfolios.
• Collect and maintain security pricing details from third party vendors and broker quotes.
• Document processes and procedures for client-specific needs and escalate issues as needed.
