Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison among investment teams, traders, clients, and the provider.
• Collaborate with PMs, traders, operations, and tech to resolve post-trade issues.
• Support client account lifecycle events and onboarding activities.
• Identify issues affecting settlement, client servicing, or regulatory reporting and resolve them promptly.
• Drive process improvements through automation and workflow redesign.
