We are seeking a Trade Reconciliation / Remediation Analyst to support a regulatory-driven remediation initiative focused on historical trade-level reconciliation.
This role will investigate trade discrepancies, identify root causes, and partner with Middle Office and other stakeholders to resolve issues. The ideal candidate has experience within Capital Markets, Derivatives, Collateral, Middle Office, Trade Operations, or Trade Reconciliation and understands how transactions move through the trade lifecycle.
This is not solely a repetitive reconciliation role. We are looking for someone who can review a discrepancy, work backward through the transaction, and determine what changed, where the break occurred, and why the records do not match.
The strongest candidate will combine financial markets knowledge with an investigative mindset. You should be comfortable taking a trade discrepancy and determining why it occurred, including working across systems, data, counterparties, and internal teams to trace the issue through the transaction lifecycle.
Candidates with direct Derivatives, Collateral, Middle Office, Trade Operations, or Capital Markets experience are strongly preferred.
