TRUECar, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to own the operating system for TRUECar Trade. You’ll align Product, Engineering, Operations, Dealer Sales, Legal, Finance and Analytics on priorities and drive readiness, pilots and gate decisions.

You’ll build an agentic team, maintain a vendor/partner ecosystem, and deliver a dashboard with health and outcomes while monitoring risks, dependencies and escalations.

Formación

• 4+ years of progressively responsible program management experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs that span technology, operations and commercial teams, with executive stakeholders.
• Track record of setting up operating cadences, stage gates and KPI scorecards for leadership decisions.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools (such as Claude) to accelerate planning, analysis, drafting and status reporting.
• Effective written and verbal communication with all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort building trackers and dashboards.
• Comfort with ambiguity and startup pace.
• Strong capability in TRUECar preferred tools (Google Workspace, Asana, Tableau, Claude).
• Up to 20% travel, including pilot market launches.
• Automotive industry experience strongly preferred, especially in remarketing or marketplaces.
• Bonus: familiarity with SQL or Amplitude; PMP, PgMP or Agile certs; experience with regulated transactions like titling or payments.

Responsabilidades

• Own the integrated program plan for TRUECar Trade across its build priorities: vehicle condition capture, dealer buyer network, and a frictionless transaction.
• Run pilot launches in new markets from readiness to go-live, including onboarding, staffing, support, and launch-day coordination.
• Manage stage gates with Finance and Exec committee; track progress weekly and prepare evidence for gate reviews.
• Run the weekly operating rhythm, including status reviews, KPI scorecards, and executive readouts on status and changes.
• Maintain the decision log and RAID register with owners and due dates; escalate risks early.
• Coordinate Trade dependencies with Engineering, Data Science, Dealer Sales, Marketing, Support, Legal, Finance and external partners.
• Build and maintain the program dashboard for visibility of milestones, owners, health and outcomes.
• Measure outcomes by tying workstreams to metrics and reporting results after launches.
