TRUECar, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive the TRUECar Trade operating system. You will own the program plan, gating criteria, and weekly cadence across Product, Engineering, Operations, Dealer Sales, Legal, Finance and Analytics to align on priorities.

You will lead cross-functional pilots, manage stage gates, and maintain a comprehensive RAID log with clear owners and deadlines. The role requires strong communication and analytical skills in a startup-paced environment.

Formación

• 4+ years of progressively responsible program or project management experience including zero-to-one launches.

Responsabilidades

• Own the integrated program plan across TRUECar Trade priorities and three build focuses.
• Run pilot launches in new markets from readiness to go-live with onboarding and support.
• Manage stage gates with exit criteria and weekly progress tracking for leadership reviews.
• Run the weekly operating rhythm with status reviews, KPI scorecards, and executive readouts.
• Maintain a current RAID register with owners and due dates; elevate risks early.
• Coordinate dependencies with Engineering, Data Science, Dealer Sales, Marketing, Legal and Finance and external partners.
• Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Build and manage an agentic workforce to accelerate work functions.
• Create and maintain a program dashboard for milestone visibility and health metrics.
• Measure outcomes tied to each workstream and report results after launches.
• Identify gaps in processes, tooling or staffing and propose improvements to increase speed.
