Job summary

Eagle Foods is seeking a Trade Planning Analyst to support trade planning, governance, and reporting across the organization. The role backs field sales and agency partners with TPM administration to hit trade targets and financial goals.

Essential functions include financial management, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration with Pricing, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to optimize ROI and control trade spend.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years experience within a CPG organization; experience in Finance preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Financial and Trade data.
• Best in class analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge of data sources that include trade spend reporting.
• Project management skills and ability to multitask on complex projects.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Travel Requirement: 10% Travel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with field sales and broker teams to align spending with budgeted trade rates and GTM guidelines.
• Support regular reporting and strategic direction to manage trade targets.
• Support Monthly Trade Reporting with field sales and finance.
• Lead and manage the TPM tool, ensuring accuracy and risk-driven actions.
• Collaborate with Pricing-Promotions, Marketing, and Finance to optimize ROIs.
