good2grow is seeking an Commercial FP&A Analyst to partner with Sales, Trade Marketing, and our distributor network in Atlanta. You will own TPM inputs, build ROI analyses for promotions, and serve as the finance contact for distributor economics.

This entry‑level role offers broad exposure to commercial finance in a fast‑moving CPG environment. Responsibilities include maintaining TPM data, developing pre-launch business cases, and supporting the annual budget and long‑range planning while

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
0–2 years of FP&A, accounting, commercial or sales finance, or data analysis; internship or co-op considered.
Strong Excel skills with lookups, pivots, and building/auditing models.
Solid grounding in financial statement fundamentals and core finance concepts.
Strong attention to detail and ability to reconcile large data sets.
Clear written and verbal communication to explain results to non-finance audiences.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day inputs and data integrity of Salesforce TPM, including promotions, pricing, volume plans, and hierarchies.
Collaborate with sales to collect, validate, and load forecast inputs; address gaps and unapproved changes.
Drive monthly forecast cadence and reconcile TPM forecast to financial forecast; explain variances.
Maintain TPM docs, training materials, and user support; identify system/process improvements.
