Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Logistics, Customs & Trade, or a related field.
• Experience in import/export operations and cross-border trade is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import, temporary import, and re-export activities across the US and Canada.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian customs regulations and trade requirements.
• Lead customs programs including temporary imports, duty relief programs, duty drawback, and bonded programs.
• Support product launches, network changes, and supply chain initiatives requiring customs readiness.
• Oversee customs brokers and service providers to drive performance and resolve issues.
• Manage import documentation, permits, licenses, and declarations.
• Identify opportunities for duty optimization and cost savings.
• Lead customs audits and corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Trade Compliance to ensure movement of goods.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in operations.
