Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Math/CS or equivalent experience
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Basic knowledge of Retirement Plans and NSCC/FundServ trading platforms
• 0–2 years experience in Trade or Retirement industry
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
• Good client-facing communication
• Strong organizational, analytical, math and problem solving skills
• Willing to work overtime when necessary

Responsibilities

• Research and track CDSC and Redemption Fees
• Process trade files, manual trades, and trade messaging
• Resolve high-priority trade assertions
• Research and resolve non-price protected trade rejects
• Assist with initial account setup and broker registration verification
• Perform corporate action processing on recordkeeping or trade platform
• Handle plan-level requests for fund adds/exchanges/deletes and model updates
• Support partner model rebalances and IQP workshops
• Monitor emails and trade support tickets
• Maintain confidentiality and data security
