Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred.
• 1+ years of related experience in financial or banking settings.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Traders and Financial Advisors, primarily correcting trades.
• Work with other departments to resolve back office issues, including contacting other brokerage firms on comparison discrepancies.
• Monitor regulatory websites taking corrective action or manually report trades as needed.
• Provide Traders daily reports for balancing and P&L details.
• Process and maintain all fixed income invoices and master agreements.
• Meet regulatory requirements while delivering accurate trade processing.
