Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a strong academic record.
• 6–10 years of relevant financial operations or trade support experience.
• Thorough understanding of the full trade lifecycle across multiple products, particularly equities, futures, and options.
• Comfort working with large datasets to identify patterns and irregularities.
• Understanding of operational risk management as it relates to trade support and execution.
• Proven track record of establishing a strong control environment and implementing efficiencies.
• Ability to work across multiple technology platforms and to design or contribute to operational dashboards and analytics.
• Strong prioritization skills, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach to problem solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and Bloomberg
