Summary

RNDC is seeking an innovative and collaborative Trade Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. This role involves managing relationships and collaborating with internal teams at regional and national levels, as well as with supplier and retail marketing teams. The position focuses on developing and customizing brand-building and volume-driving programs aligned with sales goals across all RNDC markets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with high-level supplier and NA brand/marketing managers and sales management to create, present, and implement trade marketing initiatives for brand building and volume growth across multiple markets, channels (including digital), and strategic retailers.
  2. Present and represent trade marketing capabilities and initiatives in key supplier and customer meetings.
  3. Conduct proactive gap analyses and ROI assessments to support the development and improvement of future programs.
  4. Support the Supplier Development/NA team with brand-specific marketing consulting, budgeting, strategy, and tool development.
  5. Work with market finance and portfolio management teams to support budgeting and marketing program development for local market planning.
Qualifications
  • Ability to travel 20-30% of the time, including nights and weekends.
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle regularly and maintain a valid driver’s license.
