Job summary

Heritage Mazda Towson in Towson, MD seeks a customer-focused liaison between Service and Sales to explore trade-ins, discuss value of current vehicles, and identify upgrade opportunities. You’ll prepare competitive offers and work with both teams to create a seamless customer experience.

The role requires strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with 2+ years of sales experience preferred. A high school diploma or GED is required, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales experience; consumer-to-consumer experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation, problem solving, and presentation skills.
• Ability to discuss trade-ins and vehicle upgrades with customers.

Responsibilities

• Engage with service customers to discuss selling or trading current vehicle.
• Prepare competitive trade-in and purchase offers for customers to review with their service paperwork.
• Review vehicle equity positions and present upgrade opportunities when applicable.
• Follow up with customers after their visit to answer questions and move the process forward.
• Collaborate with Service and Sales to ensure a seamless, customer-focused experience.
