Job summary

CB2 is seeking a Team Leader, Operations to oversee merchandise flow, store operations, and back-of-house standards. You will lead merchandising and stock teams, mentor colleagues, and partner with the Assistant Store Leader to drive customer-ready environments.

The role requires hands-on leadership on the sales floor, flexible full-time hours including nights and weekends, and a focus on margins, service, and visual excellence across departments.

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Proficient with MS Office and Google applications; comfortable with computer systems and tablets.

Responsibilities

• Lead designated team and manage associate workload in partnership with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Coach associates on performance and maintain a strong presence in the department.
• Support performance and development for the designated team to encourage growth.
• Provide specific feedback to associates and share observations with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Train and develop associates on product knowledge, selling, customer service, operations, and policies.
