Qualifications

• 5+ years in trade finance, sales finance, or related analytical role, ideally within CPG.
• Advanced expertise in Excel, Power Query, and Power BI, with hands-on VBA-based automation experience.
• Experience extracting, transforming, and reconciling data across multiple systems into a single reporting source.
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of a trade or promotional finance process.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics and reporting architecture for trade — dashboards, automated reports, and sales-facing communications.
• Build and maintain scalable tools using Excel, Power Query, Power BI, VBA, and approved AI-enabled tools.
• Extract, transform, reconcile, and load data from TPM, ERP, and syndicated data into a single reporting source.
• Monitor spend-rate vs. plan; investigate variances and communicate risks and opportunities.
• Maintain a clean, auditable trail from promo plan through accrual, spend, and deduction.
