Kinder’s is seeking a Senior Analyst, Demand Spend in Walnut Creek, CA. This role supports financial reporting and analysis of trade and shopper marketing investments, partnering closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance.

You’ll manage accruals, spending dashboards, and ROI analyses, with strong Excel skills and data-driven decision support. The position is hybrid with four days in the office weekly; the pay range is $115,000–$125,000 annually, and relocation or salary flexibility may apply

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or related analytical roles.
• Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods, Food & Beverage, Retail preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with data from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain recurring reports on trade and shopper marketing spend, including spend vs. plan, customer summaries, and promotional performance.
• Extract, reconcile, and validate data from the TPM system, ERP, and syndicated data so reporting is accurate and consistent.
• Keep report files, definitions, and supporting documentation organized and auditable.
• Support month-end close, accruals, variance analysis & controls.
