Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group in Denver, CO, is seeking a Trade Development Specialist to execute the monthly business plan, track program execution, and support large-scale events. This full-time, on-site role works with the Trade Development and Analytics teams to optimize incentives, sampling programs, and charity sponsorships.

You will coordinate POS logistics, manage surveys and reporting, assist with pricing updates, and partner with agencies to ensure timely, accurate promotional materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years coordinating large-scale events and promotions.
• Proficient with MS Office and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and coordinate incentives, train inside sales teams, and act as primary contact for promotional agencies.
• Support inventory management, forecasting, item setup, pricing updates, and event resource allocation.
• Create surveys, compile data, and provide monthly sales updates and ad hoc reporting.
• Participate in general sales meetings and align with supervisor on supplier priorities.
