Key Requirements (Must-Haves)

• Juris Doctorate degree with active US state bar membership.
• Experience in advising on export controls, supply chain issues, and sanctions laws.

Responsibilities

• Advise businesses on export controls and sanctions-related issues.
• Advise businesses on trade-related supply chain restrictions (supplier designations, Connected Vehicles supply chain rule, etc.).
• Provide general support responding to trade-related questions from businesses (e.g., ad hoc shipment support).
• Develop training and workflows as part of compliance support for the above.
