Teledyne Technologies Incorporated seeks a Manager, Trade Compliance to lead and enhance its export compliance program across U.S. business units.

This hands-on role oversees classifications, licensing, technology transfers, shipments, audits, training, and investigations while partnering with Corporate Trade Compliance and business leaders. Preferred locations are Torrance, El Segundo, or Hawthorne, California; however, qualified candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area or Chicago may also be

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, International Trade, Law, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5+ years of trade compliance experience, including responsibility for U.S. export compliance programs.
• Strong knowledge of EAR/ITAR, export licensing, classifications, and technology transfers.
• Experience supporting aerospace, defense or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience leading audits, investigations, and process improvements.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage trade compliance programs across U.S. business units.
• Develop and improve trade compliance policies and controls.
• Supervise Trade Compliance personnel and support professional development.
• Serve as SME for export classification, licensing, and transfers.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Program Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations.
• Support regulatory inquiries, audits, and disclosures.
• Monitor regulatory developments and implement program enhancements.
• Travel up to 25% as required.
