Trade Compliance Recruiting Solutions is looking for a Trade Compliance Manager to oversee the company’s export compliance program. This in-office role is based near Pontiac, MI.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in export controls, a strong understanding of ITAR and EAR regulations, and be able to conduct training and audits for compliance. Preference for candidates with a Bachelor's degree and familiarity with U.S. regulations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in export controls.
• Solid understanding of import entry process with CBP and PGAs.
• Experience managing government contracts subject to ITAR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the company's export compliance program.
• Serve as the Empowered Official for ITAR licensing.
• Conduct internal export compliance and awareness training.

Skills

Export controls experience

In-depth knowledge of export jurisdiction

Technical Assistance Agreements

Familiarity with U.S. regulations

Education
