Job summary

Mission Technologies, a division of Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII), seeks a Manager of Trade Compliance to lead the division-wide trade compliance program and partner with executive leadership on international marketing, sales, and supply chain activities. The role requires strong export control expertise, program management skills, and the ability to travel regularly across the US and abroad.

Qualifications

Experience delivering export/import support as an enabling function to business objectives.
Experience managing ITAR licenses and technical assistance agreements.
Knowledge of export/import regulations and compliance processes.

Responsibilities

Establishes processes for obtaining export/import licenses from the U.S. government.
Maintains relationships with government regulatory agencies.
Implements training and audit programs for internal controls.
Leads cross-functional trade compliance initiatives across the division.
Represents the division in HII-wide trade compliance efforts.
