Teledyne Qioptiq Electronic Solutions is seeking a Trade Compliance Manager to support export and import compliance across multiple U.S.-based business units. You will serve as a trusted advisor to internal teams, helping ensure compliance with U.S.

trade regulations while enabling global business operations. Working closely with business stakeholders and Corporate International Trade Compliance, this role blends hands-on execution with strategic guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of experience in export/trade compliance.
• Hands-on ITAR/EAR enforcement experience in real-world scenarios.
• Experience with export licensing processes (DDTC and/or BIS).
• Experience supporting audits, compliance processes, or regulatory reporting.
• Strong ability to interpret complex regulations and provide practical guidance to the business.

Responsibilities

• Review shipments and data transfers for ITAR, EAR, and OFAC compliance.
• Determine licensing requirements and guide compliant product movement.
• Prepare export license applications and support regulatory filings.
• Track license approvals and monitor conditions.
• Provide compliance guidance across U.S. business units.
• Deliver training on trade compliance requirements.
• Support audits and drive closure of corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain licensing activity reports.
