Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years of export compliance experience with ITAR and EAR.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. export regulations, licensing, and end-use reviews.
• Familiarity with OFAC sanctions and customs regulations.
• Experience preparing export license applications and AES/EEI filings.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Contracts, Engineering, and Compliance to enable compliant transactions.
• Lead export licensing and classification determinations (USML/ECCN).
• Perform screenings for restricted parties, end-use, and sanctions.
• Prepare and manage export license applications and renewals.
• Monitor regulatory developments and communicate risks to stakeholders.
• Support internal and external audits and liaison with CITC/Customs.
