You will oversee classifications, licensing, technology transfers, shipment reviews, and training while collaborating with Corporate Trade Compliance and business leaders. The ideal candidate has strong EAR/ITAR expertise, 5+ years in trade compliance, and the ability to drive program enhancements across sites and functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, International Trade, Law, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5+ years of trade compliance experience, including U.S. export compliance programs.
• Strong knowledge of EAR/ITAR, export licensing, classifications, and technology transfer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage trade compliance programs for multiple U.S. business units.
• Develop and improve trade compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
• Supervise Trade Compliance personnel and support training initiatives.
• Serve as SME for export classification, licensing, technology transfers, and screening.
• Partner with Engineering, Program Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations to provide compliance guidance.
• Conduct compliance assessments, audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
