Job summary

AbbVie in the United States is seeking a senior analytics leader to drive trade and distribution insights across specialty pharmacy, wholesalers, and channel performance. You will leverage CMS, IQVIA, and other data sources to identify risks and opportunities and translate findings into strategic recommendations.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will design models, lead primary research, and deliver KPI reports and Trade QBRs to guide decision making and value-based contracting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics or Statistics with 5 years’ pharma analytics experience.
• Alternatively Master’s degree with 3 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience applying statistical methods to CMS, IQVIA, Symphony Health, etc.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization; Python or R preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead trade and distribution analytics to inform strategy and ROI.
• Partner with Market Access, Trade, Brand, Finance, Legal, and HEOR teams.
• Plan analytics and primary research across specialty and retail channels.
• Pull and analyze internal and syndicated data for channel performance.
• Develop analytical models to assess payer and trade dynamics.
• Drive KPI reporting and quarterly business reviews.
• Communicate actionable recommendations to leadership.
