Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a senior analytics leader to drive trade and distribution insights across Parkinsons Therapeutic Area. You will evaluate channel performance, payer dynamics, and ROI using CMS, IQVIA, and syndicated data, translating findings into actionable recommendations for Market Access, Trade, and Brand teams.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners, develop advanced models, and lead analytics and primary research for specialty and retail channels, wholesalers, and GPOs,

Qualifications

• Apply practical statistical methods to analyze CMS, IQVIA, Symphony Health and other trade data.
• Lead analytics and primary research activities for trade, distribution and supply chain stakeholders.
• Pull, integrate, validate, and analyze internal and syndicated pharmaceutical data to generate insights.
• Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management to influence cross-functional decisions.
• Expose ability to use AI tools to improve analytics, reporting and communication while ensuring privacy/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead trade and distribution analytics and research to inform strategy and ROI across segments.
• Partner with Market Access, Trade & Distribution, Brand Marketing, Finance, Legal, HEOR, Patient Services and franchise teams.
• Plan and execute analytics and primary research for specialty and retail pharmacy, payors, GPOs, wholesalers, and patient services.
• Pull and analyze data to report on channel performance, patient access, distribution flow, and risks.
• Develop analytical models to assess payer, channel, and trade dynamics for evidence-based decisions.
• Drive KPI reporting and Trade Quarterly Business Reviews to monitor performance.
• Evaluate contracts and programs for value-based opportunities with trading partners.
• Communicate actionable recommendations to leadership and guide vendors and teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality analytics, research, and insights.
