Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Senior Manager, Market Access Insights to lead analytics that shape payer strategies across the U.S. market. You will drive standard and ad-hoc analyses, leveraging claims data and market research to identify opportunities and threats for AbbVie brands.

You will synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations, partner with Govt. Affairs and Finance, and mentor teams in advanced modeling and BI dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years of professional experience.
• 4+ years of related industry experience in marketing/sales analytics.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical market access experience and subject matter expertise with Health Plans, PBMs, Hospital Systems, etc.
• 2+ years of experience with any variation of SQL.
• Strong storytelling skills and ability to distill complex information into concise messages.

Responsibilities

• Lead standard/ad-hoc analytics across portfolio for market access issues.
• Identify market dynamics through claims analysis and market research.
• Build models to portray risks, opportunities, and sensitivities.
• Collaborate with Govt. Affairs/Finance teams and Brand leadership.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to Market Access leadership.
• Develop analytics insights for emerging trends and stakeholder strategies.
