Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field, plus 5 years of analytics experience.
• Master’s degree in related field plus 3 years of analytics experience.
• Experience applying statistical methods to healthcare data and payor/channel analytics.
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI).
• Ability to lead analytics and primary research for trade, distribution, and supply chain stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead trade and distribution analytics to inform strategy and ROI across channels.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Trade & Distribution, Brand Marketing, Finance, and Legal to influence decisions.
• Plan and execute analytics and primary research for various pharmacy and payer stakeholders.
• Integrate internal and syndicated data to reveal channel performance and opportunities.
• Develop advanced models to assess payer, channel, and trade dynamics for decision making.
• Provide clear, actionable recommendations to leadership and vendors.
