Job summary

EMC Insights seeks a proactive Clean Energy Technical Project Coordinator to join our New Jersey team. This remote role collaborates with Trade Allies and customers on C&I energy efficiency programs, ensuring project qualifications, schedules, and deliverables are met while maintaining program satisfaction.

You will review technical reports, costs, and energy savings, coordinate multiple projects, and travel to customer sites as needed. A BA/BS and HVAC knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required, preferably in Engineering, Business Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of project coordination experience in energy efficiency.
• Working and field knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Ability to work autonomously with little oversight.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day aspects of C&I projects (largely HVAC focused), including reviewing project technical qualifications and ensuring quality control of deliverables.
• Promptly address customer concerns to assure problem resolution and promote long-term relationships.
• Understand the organization and decision-making process to work with stakeholders on project eligibility, schedule, and potential energy savings.
• Manage on-time delivery of technical reporting.
• On an ad hoc basis, commute to off-site locations to facilitate meetings with stakeholders.
• Review technical reports, cost estimates, and energy-saving calculations.
